About our Ordering Process

1.-What is the price of an embroidered logo / design?
It depends on the number of stitches of the logo or design. A regular logo has between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches. In order to determine the number of stitches in a logo, it must first be digitized.


2.- Can the garments be ordered in different sizes and colors?
Yes, as we do not have a minimum number of units per order, the client can combine as many styles, sizes and colors as desired.

 

3.- How much does it cost to digitize my logo?
We do not have a charge for digitizing the logo, however there is a charge for processing the order and the price varies depending on the size of the logo and the order. The process charge is only made on the first order; as long as it is the same logo.

 

4.- What is needed to digitize my logo?
You can send us your logo in digital formats such as JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PCX, CPT, PDF, etc. We also accept vector images: EPS, AI, etc.

 

5.- How long does it take to process the order?
Approximate time of 7 to 10 business days

 

6.- How is the payment process?
When the order is placed, an advance of 50% is made and the rest when the order is delivered. Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or card payments are accepted.
